About the Role
The Hospitality and Administration Assistant provides a range of administration and hospitality support and services. As a key part of the reception service, the role welcomes visitors, takes bookings and provides information to staff and guests. The role facilitates site tours for prospective hirers, and provides on-site induction tours for new hirers. The Administration and Hospitality Assistant also assists with events catering, cleaning, venue hire logistics, audio visual presentations and room/venue set-ups.
This is a full-time, ongoing role, working fully onsite in Parkville, Victoria.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• Qualifications in hospitality, administration, event planning, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite, including M365 and SharePoint
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable
The successful candidate will:
• Have a Working with Children Check
• Have the right to work in Australia on a full-time permanent basis
• Undergo a National Police Check before commencement
